CEDOVIP through a consultant continues to monitor the implementation of the DV Act through the judiciary on a quarterly basis in the two magisterial courts of Makindye and Nabweru and also help in strengthening CEDOVIP’s engagements with the JLOS.
CEDOVIP intends to use the information to assess the successes, gaps in implementation of the Law and, the level of access to justice for survivors of domestic violence which will also inform future advocacy strategies.
